How to Become a User
NFF Users Working Hours
- All Users: Monday – Friday (7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
- Users with After-Hours Access: All hours on weekdays and weekends and university holidays
Step 1
Complete the Project Proposal Form. Submit the completed form (signed by the user and PI) to Shaloma Malveaux.
Step 2
Review the Cleanroom Safety Training Materials
Take the Cleanroom Safety Test and select a date to attend the Cleanroom Protocol Lecture at the end of the test.
Step 3
Attend the (1) hour Cleanroom Protocol Training. This session will be held via zoom. Contact Shaloma Malveaux for additional information.
Step 4
Review the Radiation Safety Training materials then take the online Radiation Safety Test. You will be prompted to enter your Cleanroom Safety Test date on the form.
Once the test has been passed further access requirements will be e-mailed.
Step 5
Pick up your access card from David Kleinpeter, office #103 located in the main office building

After Hours Access
Review the After-Hours Access Policy to ensure you understand the requirements then email the After-Hours Request Form to Shaloma Malveaux
