There are many ways to give to the department in ways that benefit LSU students. Gifts, which are all tax-deductible, can provide funding for lectures, scholarly activity and conference travel, scholarships for students, equipment, and much more.

How to Give

  • Visit the LSU Foundation.

  • Click "Academics."

  • Under "Which Area?," click "College of Humanities and Social Sciences."

  • Under "Which Fund?," click "Philosophy Advancement Fund" or "Religious Studies Special Fund," depending on your interest.

  • Enter the amount you would like to give, and then give your information.

Alternatively, you can write a check to the LSU Foundation, marked for the appropriate fund, and send it to:
